Lately I've been thinking about the most important time for a Christian, baptism. I was actually saved at a revival in 2012, but my parents felt that I needed to wait for a later time to be baptized. I really have come to understand more and more of what Jesus has done for me, and am very glad that I am now publicly professing that I am truly a follower of Jesus Christ.
I am part of a small but wonderful church and my pastor came to talk to me about being baptized, so I wanted to share a little bit to you.
My mom esecially helped me with understanding and by giving me Bible verses as references about baptisim. One of the verses is:
"I have been crucifed with Christ and I no longer live,
but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body,
I live by faith in the Son of God,
who loved me and gave himself for me." ~Galatians 2:20

Your baptism was a special blessing. I loved the words of your pastor and the testimony of God's faithfulness in your life. I am so glad we were able to be there to witness! Keep looking to Jesus! I love you!
